Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Your order is 100% unique and custom-made, so we cannot offer full refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us, and we’ll do our best to ensure you’re happy. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we replace them as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
